You monitor and supervise the operations through formal Management Boards, and you conduct regular review meetings to assess progress and results. Board members proportionally represent your parent or headquarters organization and the operational unit abroad. Ideally, you also recruit independent, external industry experts or specialists to add an objective voice.
Our team members accept assignments to your subsidiary's or partner's Board of Directors or Advisory Council, or we assist in recruiting distinguished, industry-experienced outside experts.
