We assist in the objective assessment and, if necessary, suggest adaptation, adjustment or modification of operational resources, processes, procedures or tools to succeed in the target markets (e.g. sales organization; product/service delivery models; manufacturing issues; external partnerships; technical, engineering & administrative support; corporate structure; personnel; finances, etc.)
 
Implementation & Execution
Not only do we propose these actions or recommend the acquisition of certain resources, we will implement all necessary steps for you, or with you, or support your staff – to whatever degree of detail you desire. We are hands-on in the execution of your strategies and tactics.
 
Follow-Up & Measurement
We provide ongoing follow-up of all agreed activities and initiatives, communicate results to both parent company and local executives, and offer feedback with suggested adjustments if needed. We measure your success against the agreed targets, and are prepared to tie our remuneration to specific results – we have skin in the game.
 
Relationship Management & Connections
We know people and resources, potential partners and other market participants, and we can make connections. We understand processes, procedures, customs and mentalities in the markets you address. Your customers, your customers’ customers and your competitors are familiar to us, because we have likely identified or communicated with them before.
 
Executive Support
To mitigate your operating cost and to augment your scarce resources we assume (temporary or permanent) support functions in the US or Germany. We either perform, or find reliable local partners for most corporate tasks – from Human Resource to Financial Management, from legal expertise to administrative issues such as insurance, tax or regulatory bodies and governmental entities, from Marketing to Business Development and Sales – esp. during the start-up or realignment phase. We are practitioners and pragmatists, who “walked in your shoes”.
 
Board Interface
Our team members accept assignments to your subsidiary's or partner's Board of Directors or Advisory Council, or we assist in recruiting distinguished, industry-experienced outside directors. We facilitate appropriate meetings and ensure follow up.
