Christian Jordan is the epitome of a global, multi-cultural business executive. Not surprisingly, he primarily focuses on international business development and account management in our team, and supports client initiatives and projects in Latin America, and specific industrial sector in the US and Europe. He was born to an Austrian father and a Peruvian mother in Caracas, Venezuela. He is fluent in English, Spanish and competent in Portuguese and Italian. Christian attended the University of Kansas and continued his education at the Franklin University Business School, earning a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He has attended several seminars and conferences from the Export-Import Bank in Washington, D.C.
He began his career with a focus on the international market as Latin American Director for Environmental Management Resources. He moved on to focus on global markets for feed and agricultural machinery at Engineered Systems and Equipment. For the subsequent 12 years he built his career with Sweet Manufacturing Company, a leader in specialized agricultural equipment, control systems and bulk material processing. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he had overall responsibility for all aspects of the company’s extensive international business development, incl. product management. In this role, he traveled extensively throughout the United States, Mexico, Central & South America, and Europe, participating in trade shows, managing distribution partners and visiting clients in these regions of the world. He continues to be closely associated with the industry, serving as Vice President of International and Commercial Sales for Lambton Conveyor Ltd. , and travels extensively throughout Asia, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Europe.
His in-depth, hands-on understanding of challenging sales processes and market penetration efforts in both developing and highly complex industrial markets can be a major asset to our trans-Atlantic clients. His cross-cultural sensitivity and extensive contact network are significant assets of our group. Christian is intimately familiar with the operating principles and shares the values of mid-size, privately held businesses and is accustomed to deliver maximum results with limited resources, even in the face of significant adversity.
