Dr. Rose Castellano-Mattran began her career in public education. After earning a doctorate from Rutgers University, she served as the Director of the New Jersey School of the Arts under the direction of the New Jersey Department of Education. Her research in creativity and creative problem solving eventually led her to her current role as a respected and successful Executive Coach. Rose is a founding partner of Sales Consultants of Sarasota, an executive search firm established in 1987. Over the last twenty-six years they have placed mid to senior-level executives with global clients while building their recruiting practice to become the preferred staffing resource in multiple industries. In the course of that work, Rose gained extensive experience and unique expertise regarding the specific requirements of industrial and manufacturing centered companies. In 2010 SCS rebranded itself into The Mattran Group, allowing the firm to incorporate Rose’s Executive Coaching experience as an important and valued service for clients. .
Rose received her coaching training from the College of Executive Coaching. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, International Career Development Association, and has served as coacand consultant to corporate clients across the country. She joined TransAdvantage in 2013 to expand her services to our international client base. Within our team, she coordinates our coaching and HR assessment activities and is actively engaged in mid- and high level executive recruiting on behalf of our clients.
