RUF (pronounced "roof") is the North American subsidiary of Ruf Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG in Zaisertshofen, a small town in Bavaria, Germany. The family owned, very successful “Mittelstand” company is the global leader in the development and manufacture of sophisticated industrial briquetting systems. Leveraging extensive experience and technological resources, they are pioneering the use of briquetting in North America as a cost-effective, more efficient way for industrial manufacturers and processors to recycle their inorganic and organic residual wastes.
